Unresolved Complaint?

If you have an unresolved complaint with Mobius-Internet, we have a procedure in place in order to help you resolve it.

Ombudsman Services

Mobius-Internet use Ombudsman Services to act as an impartial mediator in order to resolve the problem. They can resolve complaints about all sorts of things, such as:

  • Billing
  • Customer service
  • Installations / delays
  • Switching suppliers
  • Loss of service
  • Sales

Have You Reported The Problem First?

It is important that you report the problem to us first to enable us to try resolve it. You will be pleased to know that we've been able to resolve 100% of complaints without the need to use the services of 'Ombudsman Services'.

Logging A Complaint With Us

To log a complaint in the first instance please contact us by Clicking Here 


  1. Please ensure you provide us with all the details regarding your complaint
  2. Provide us with your address and contact details
  3. All complaints are dealt with by a senior manager with 72 hours of receipt

The Ombudsman Cannot Deal With

Unfortunately, the ombudsman cannot deal with complaints regarding:

  • The location of telegraph poles/mobile phone masts.
  • Cable and wiring inside your property.
  • The creative content and messaging of websites, advertisements, calls, emails, SMS or messages.
  • Employment and staff issues in communications companies.
  • Commercial decisions made by companies about whether to provide a product or service.
